Hopfest Stage for Dark Star Breweries
The Dark Star Brewing Company was born in 1994 in the cellar of a pub in Brighton. With a brew plant only marginally bigger than an enthusiastic home-brew kit the characteristic style of hoppy beers was developed and tried out on the willing guinea pigs at the bar. A few years on, well 25 plus actually, they find themselves in Partridge Green, just southwest of Horsham, West Sussex, with a 45 barrel brewhouse. Hopfest is hosted by Dark Star as an annual event usually run over 2 days. It features a great selection of Dark Star ales, local ciders, food and live music. I built the stage to specific requirements to give it that rustic local feel.
Cabin Pressure Spirits Promotional Bar
Cabin Pressure Spirits are Horsham husband and wife, David and Emily (plus Ralph the spaniel). David started producing small-batch spirits and liqueurs from their cunningly repurposed garden shed in 2017 using a tiny, self-designed vacuum 'nano still. Now occupying a more sizable shed with a larger still, Cabin Pressure's product range continues to expand, including several collaborations with other local producers and venues. David and his friend, Richard (that's me), can often be found at local markets and events with the distinctive timber gin bar purpose-built by yours truly.
